My Advice Is Based on My Experience
The information, recommendations, strategies, ideas, and guidance I provide are based on my professional experience, knowledge, observations, and perspective from working with online businesses and business owners.
I will give you my honest assessment and recommendations based on the information you provide to me and what I observe. I may challenge your assumptions, point out things you may not be seeing, or recommend a different approach.
That does not mean my recommendations are a guarantee of a particular result.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula for building a business, and what works for one business may not work the same way for another.
You Are Responsible for Your Decisions
You are the owner of your business and ultimately responsible for the decisions you make.
You are free to accept, modify, or decline any recommendation I make.

If I help you create a strategy, plan, system, website, funnel, automation, workflow, or other business asset, the existence of that asset does not guarantee a particular result.
I am responsible for the work I agree to provide. You are responsible for what you do with it.
No Professional Advice
Unless specifically stated otherwise, my services are business strategy, systems, technology, implementation, and related consulting services.
My services are not legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.
You should consult the appropriate qualified professional when you need advice in one of those areas.
Third-Party Tools and Services
I may recommend or help implement third-party software, platforms, services, contractors, or other resources.
I do not control third-party companies, their products, pricing, policies, availability, security, functionality, or future changes.
You are responsible for deciding whether to purchase or use third-party products or services and for maintaining any accounts you own.
No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Emerald Support Services LLC.
Because my services involve time, expertise, planning, strategy, access, preparation, and/or customized work, I do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with a recommendation, change of mind, lack of implementation, lack of results, or a decision not to use the services provided.
For ongoing services, cancellation terms, minimum commitments, and other service-specific terms will be provided as applicable before purchase or engagement.
If you have a question or concern about a service, please contact me as soon as possible. I would rather address an issue directly than have you sit quietly and stew about it.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Emerald Support Services LLC and its owner are not responsible for business losses, lost revenue, lost profits, loss of data, or other damages resulting from decisions you make or actions you take based on information, recommendations, strategies, or services provided.
